I am really fascinated by the difference between the chaos of Post-Its in the photo and the tight organization of the poem. I can imagine the careful thought that went into creating that poem. This is the kind of thing that I would want to look at every day to get me pumped up to deal with a tough task. The directness of your words reminds the reader (me at least) of the strength I sometimes forget is there.
